Metal Roofing Install exists to explain metal roof installation plainly. It is run by Eclipse Metal Roofing, which has installed metal roofs on Los Angeles homes since 2006.
Why we wrote an installation guide
The questions we hear most at estimates are not about color. They are about the job itself: whether the old roof has to come off, who gets the permit, how many days the crew will be there, and what happens if the deck turns out to be rotten. This site answers those questions in the order the work happens, so you can walk into an estimate, with us or anyone else, already knowing what a careful installation looks like.
One company from the shop to the roof
We form our standing seam panels and trim in our own shop in Van Nuys, cut to the measured length of each run on your roof. The crew that installs them works for us. There are no subcontractors at any stage, so the people who measured your roof are the people answering for how it went on.
Homes only
We install metal roofs on houses, not commercial buildings: replacements of older shingle, shake and tile roofs, remodels and new builds. Standing seam is the specialty. We also install corrugated metal roofing and metal roofing that imitates shake, tile or slate.

California Contractors State License Board license #888710, with C-39 roofing and C-43 sheet metal classifications, held by Eclipse Remodeling & Roofing Inc, doing business as Eclipse Metal Roofing. Look it up on the CSLB website. Our main site is eclipsemetalroofing.com.
